Title Accounts Assistant
Role RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a very successful global franchise who has a great opportunity for an Accounts Assistant.

Primary Responsibilities:

Review of Files to ensure that transactions are properly reflected in the Books of account and that transactions have been
appropriately authorised
Processing and bookkeeping of banking transactions.
Processing invoices
Credit Control
Periodical reconciliation of bank accounts.
Daily monitor and clearance of Invoice Posting Control Accounts.

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience with Sage is a must
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ideally partly AAT qualified
Good level of bookkeeping and banking knowledge
Experience in processing payments

Salary 16k - 18k based on experience
