What is the plan for the Payments & Fraud Analyst role?

Monitoring and actively preventing fraud and abuse of the sites. Protecting business and minimising financial, social and legal risks to the lowest level. Identifying the potential dangers and evaluating their possible impact on overall business. Analysing detected threats and selecting optimal risk management strategy and instruments for their elimination. Ensuring continuous monitoring of those risks and protecting business from financial loss. Research, troubleshoot, document and answer client questions quickly, professionally and assertive. Explain complex payment policies and procedures in a clear and concise way. Follow up within the promised time frame. Reviewing, approving and processing all player withdrawals, ensuring all relevant wagering requirements have been met, performing KYC checks in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.

What will you do as a Payments & Fraud Analyst?

Monitoring customer accounts to detect fraudulent patterns.
Investigation, reporting and undertaking remedial action on suspicious account transactions to protect business from financial loss.
Utilisation of fraud systems to optimise deposit conversion percentages and keep chargeback ratio within acceptable limit.
Reviewing and processing all withdrawal requests.
Contributing and ensuring compliance of Team KPIs.
Resolving customer queries within SLA guidelines.
Respond to clients throughout the shift, ensure our players receive the fastest possible and accurate response (telephone / e-mail). Prioritize cases according to internal procedures.
Check the status of the Payments queues mailbox and deal with mail in a structured order so that the client receives a response in the shortest possible time.

What do you know that makes you a great Payments & Fraud Analyst?

2 years recent experience in a Payments/Fraud analyst role within online gaming.
Knowledge of KYC and AML regulations.
Strong organisational skills.
Numerate with excellent analytical skills.
Knowledge of standard IT systems especially Excel.
Knowledge of Chargeback processes.
A flexible approach to working hours.
Ability to work as part of a team.

Working Hours:
40 Hours per week to suit the needs of the business.
Will include weekend and evening work.

Salary 22k to 25k based on experience with bonus and private healthcare.
